Jalapeño Corn Bread Muffins

Ingredients
  • 1 box Fleischmann's Simply Homemade Corn Bread Mix
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir well.
  3. Spoon batter into a greased muffins pan, filling each ⅔ full.
  4. Bake the muffins for 25 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
