Broiled Salmon, Toaster Oven Style |

- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat toaster oven to the broil setting.
- Rinse salmon fillet and dry with a paper towel.
- Place the fillet on a piece of aluminum foil and brush each side with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on each side, then sprinkle the dill.

- Place the salmon in the toaster oven without closing the foil, and broil for 7-10 minutes. Check for doneness by flaking with a fork or knife (should flake off easily when done).
- Serve with fresh lemon juice, rice/potatoes and vegetables.
