- 1 cup pumpkin seeds, washed and dried
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Garlic salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Chili powder
- Paprika
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (I used my toaster oven).
- Stir pumpkin seeds in olive oil, then add spices and stir until everything is well mixed.
- Spread pumpkin seeds out on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then toss around with a wooden spoon and continue baking for 20-25 more minutes (35-40 minutes total).
