Light Cookie Frap

  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ cup non-fat milk
  • ¾ cup strong coffee
  • 1 chocolate sandwich cookie (plus more for topping!)
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • Whipped cream and chocolate syrup for topping (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
  2. Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and crushed chocolate sandwich cookie pieces (optional).
Makes 2 8-oz fraps
