Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Light whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients (except for the whipped cream) to a blender and blend well.
  2. Top with whipped cream and sliced almonds if desired.
