Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, rinsed and diced
  • ½ white onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for best results.
