- 3 ripe tomatoes, rinsed and diced
- ½ white onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- Pinch of salt
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for best results.
