Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

  • 2 organic, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 6 whole wheat hamburger buns
  1. Add all ingredients to a crock-pot and cook on "low" for 5-6 hours.
  2. Shred the meat using two forks, then serve hot over whole wheat hamburger buns.
  3. Serve with pickles, onions, or other condiments.
