- 1 gala apple, peeled and cored
- ½ cup non-fat plain yogurt
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cloves (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Chop the apple into 1 inch cubes.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until well blended.
- Top with whipped cream and cinnamon for an extra sweet treat!
