Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • ⅓ cup COCOZIA coconut water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.
