Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie |

- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup oats
- ½ cup plain non-fat yogurt
- ⅓ cup COCOZIA coconut water
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.
