Sausage and Peppers Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb sweet Italian sausage, sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 jar Ragú® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Parsley for garnish
  • 4 whole wheat sandwich rolls
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage and stir occasionally over 5 minutes.
  3. Add the peppers and stir for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sauce and heat through.
  5. Add the hot filling to the sandwich rolls and top with mozzarella cheese.
