Pomegranate Seed Walnut Salad |

- 3 cups organic baby romaine salad, rinsed
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
- ⅓ cup low-fat crumbled feta cheese
Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Add all balsamic vinaigrette ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
- Add salad, pomegranate seeds, and walnuts to a bowl and toss together with all of the balsamic vinaigrette.
- Divide the salad among two plates, and top with feta cheese.
