Cocoa Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • ½ banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Light whipped cream and sliced almonds for topping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients (except for the whipped cream and sliced almonds) to a blender and blend well.
  2. Top with whipped cream and sliced almonds if desired.
