Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ⅓ cup Mazola Corn Oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp finely chopped onion
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tbsp poppy seeds
Salad
- 4 cups baby romaine lettuce
- 2 pears, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- Add all dressing ingredients to a blender and pulse a few times until mixed well.
- Rinse and drain the lettuce, then toss with the fruit and dressing.
