Energizing Green Smoothie Bowl |

- ¼ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 5 frozen strawberries
- ½ avocado
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp whey protein powder
Toppings
- Fresh blackberries, rolled oats, chopped walnuts, and chia seeds
- Add all ingredients (except for the toppings!) to a blender and blend well.
- Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
