Avocado Aioli

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
