- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup plain Greek-style yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
