Gingerbread Men Cookie Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen in a baggy
  • 2 tsp molasses
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice (optional)
  • 1 gingerbread man cookies (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse a few times until smooth.
