Gingerbread Men Cookie Smoothie |

- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen in a baggy
- 2 tsp molasses
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice (optional)
- 1 gingerbread man cookies (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse a few times until smooth.
