- 1 ripe papaya
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup water
- Slice the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- Scoop the meat of the papaya into a ziplock bag and freeze for 30 minutes (optional).
- Add the papaya chunks, banana, yogurt, water and juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
