Mini Crustless Custard Tart |

- ½ cup milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ⅛ cup flour
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
- Pour into a 4x4-inch tart or pie dish and bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes - the top will be slightly golden and hardened.
Makes 1 4-inch mini tart
