Mini Crustless Custard Tart

Ingredients
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ⅛ cup flour
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
  3. Pour into a 4x4-inch tart or pie dish and bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes - the top will be slightly golden and hardened.
