Easy Spiced Pumpkin Palmiers Using Puff Pastry Sheets

  • 1 Pepperidge FarmĀ® Puff Pastry Sheet
  • ½ 15 oz can organic pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • Sugar for sprinkling (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Thaw the puff pastry sheet for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Mix the pumpkin and spices together
  4. Roll out flat and spread the pumpkin mixture on top.
  5. Fold each end toward the center, then again.
  6. Fold in half.
  7. Cut ½ inch slices and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
