Cherry Dark Chocolate Almonds with Sea Salt

  • 1 Nibmor cherry dark chocolate bar
  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • Sea salt, for topping
  1. Melt the chocolate bar in a double boiler or stainless steal bowl over simmering water.
  2. Add the almonds and stir.
  3. Spread onto parchment paper, sprinkle with sea salt and cool in the refrigerator until hard.
