Edamame Noodles with Salmon

  • 1 box edamame spaghetti
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cook the noodles according the package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a skillet and cook the salmon a few minutes on each side until it easily flakes with a fork.
  3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss the edamame spaghetti with olive oil and serve with the salmon fillets.
