Being someone who loves to cook and cherishes using whole foods in the kitchen when cooking for my family, I am very particular when it comes to foods that I buy for them. Between virtual school, homework, and chasing my 1 year old around the house, some days are pretty busy! On busy days when I don’t have much time to cook, it is nice to have quick, healthy options ready to warm up for lunch or dinner. Enter Proper Good® soups.
Proper Good® soups is a delivery service that offers a variety of healthy soups made with wholesome ingredients and no chemical preservatives, delivered right to your door. They make for a fast, healthy lunch that can be ready in only a few minutes. I love how their packaging makes it easy to take on-the-go, so you can bring them to work or on a camping trip with ease.
I really like that they offer a plant-based line of soups, which currently includes the Butternut Squash Soup, Spiced Pumpkin Soup and Southwest Chili. I recently got to try the Butternut Squash and Southwest Chili flavors, and they were just what I would expect if I were cooking the soup from scratch myself. The Southwest Chili is my favorite, it is packed full of flavor and healthy ingredients like beans, corn, and a plant-based ground-beef alternative. For me, the spice level was perfect, about a medium. They do not add any sugar to the soups, which I love. Their soups are perfect alone, or paired with your favorite sides. They also offer gluten-free, dairy-free and keto options.
