Remember how I told you I have some exciting news about a new project I have been busy working on? Well, I can’t wait to show you guys Thanksgiving.com – THE site for Thanksgiving recipes and ideas! I have been contributing unique recipes to the site, including this roasted pork tenderloin with apples recipe. It is a great alternative to your traditional turkey main dish, but also a great addition to your table if you are looking for a little variety on your table this year!
The first time I made pork tenderloin was with my husband’s childhood friend when he was visiting us from Germany, and he made it so perfect that I couldn’t believe it could be so easy to make a perfect pork tenderloin! Ever since I have been experimenting with different flavors, and this pork tenderloin with apples and onion is one of my favorites. It comes out of the oven perfectly tender every time. Just delicious!
