Chex Peanut Butter Balls

chex peanut butter balls

Prepping food during the holiday season can be very time-consuming and a lot of work. I don’t know about you, but I get so hungry while I am baking or cooking foods that require a long time in the kitchen. I always have to have some munchies on hand during those holiday cooking marathons! This Chex peanut butter ball recipe is really quick and easy, and will get you through the busy holiday season when you need to refuel. They taste so good cold right from the fridge! All you need to make these peanut butter snack balls are a few simple ingredients: Chex corn cereal, peanut butter (creamy or chunky), honey and chopped pretzel twists. They are a little sweet and salty, which I love.

What is your go-to snack during holiday cooking or baking? Do you prefer salty or sweet?

These peanut butter snack balls remind me of puppy chow, minus the powdered sugar and rolled up in balls for easy snacking once chilled in the fridge. If you like to snack more on sweet things, just add in some powdered sugar to the mix before forming the balls in your hands. You can get all of the ingredients at WinCo and save big using coupons on their website!
