It is that time of year when we are seeing pumpkin recipes pop up everywhere! Sometimes I use canned pumpkin, but for other recipes, fresh is just better! I cut pumpkins up for roasting and using in salads or soups, and the taste is delicious. I have also used freshly cut pumpkin in pumpkin pie.
